All new Grow a Garden Safari Harvest pets

Grow a Garden is an incremental simulator where you can become a gardener and grow plants in your field. Later, you can sell the produce from these plants to generate money. You can also buy animal eggs and hatch them into pets that possess different passive abilities.

Following the Safari Harvest update on November 2, 2025, you can unlock several brand-new pets in Grow a Garden. Here's a list of them all.

Here are all the pets added to the game via the Safari Harvest update.

Oxpecker

• Tier: Common
• How to get: A 50% chance of obtainment from the Safari Egg.
• Passive ability: Decreases fellow Safari animals' ability cooldown by 15 seconds.
• Description: A black-colored bird with a yellow-and-red beak.

Zebra

• Tier: Rare
• How to get: A 25% chance of obtainment from the Safari Egg.
• Passive ability: Every 30 minutes, all zebras on the server start a stampede from Safari Shop, triggering a 10-20% chance of granting you a Safari reward.
• Description: Looks like a normal zebra.

Giraffe

• Tier: Legendary
• How to get: A 16% chance of obtainment from the Safari Egg.
• Passive ability: Occasionally, the animal will eat a fruit hanging at least 10 studs above the ground. This will enhance the growth speed of that fruit and afflict all fruits on that plant with the Arid Mutation.
• Description: A yellow-colored giraffe-like appearance.

Rhino

• Tier: Mythical
• How to get: An 8.5% chance of obtainment from the Safari Egg.
• Passive ability: Its ability is Rhino Ram. Occasionally, the animal rams into a random fruit or egg on your base. The egg's hatch time will be halved, while the fruit will gain the Mirage Mutation.
• Description: A gray-colored rhino with a white-colored horn.

Elephant

• Tier: Divine
• How to get: A 0.5% chance of obtainment from the Safari Egg.
• Passive ability: A normal elephant inflicts Jumbo Blessing, which resets any age 50 pet (having <3.5 kg as its base weight) to Level 1 by increasing its base weight by 0.1 kg. A Rainbow-Mutated elephant inflicts the Rainbow Jumbo Blessing, which applies the same effect but on any pet aged 40.
• Description: A gray-colored elephant with white tusks.

Hydra

• Tier: Divine
• How to get: By progressing into the Season 2 Pass and clearing Level 47.
• Passive ability: It has two abilities: Three-Headed and Earth Deity. For the first ability, every time it levels up, it hatches an egg and applies the Terrain Mutation on any random fruit. The latter ability grants a 6-12% chance of mutating any fruit in your garden whenever you sell a Terrain Mutation fruit.
• Description: A reptile-like creature having three dinosaur-like heads but one body. It has fins on top of all three heads and the torso.

Armadillo

• Tier: Rare
• How to get: By progressing into the Season 2 Pass and clearing Level 2.
• Passive ability: Occasionally turns into a ball and transforms you into an armadillo for 30 seconds.
• Description: Appears like a normal armadillo.

Stag Beetle

• Tier: Legendary
• How to get: By progressing into the Season 2 Pass.
• Passive ability: Every six minutes, it starts a battle with the other player’s beetle. If you win, you'll get a random reward.
• Description: Appears like a normal stag beetle.

Shrimp

• Tier: Rare
• How to get: By progressing into the Season 2 Pass and clearing Level 40.
• Passive ability: Occasionally punches different plants to apply different Mutations.
• Description: A pink-colored, shrimp-like appearance.
