Alex Rodriguez & girlfriend Jaclyn Cordeiro step out in chic formals for cozy date night

Alex Rodriguez and his girlfriend, Jaclyn Cordeiro were spotted enjoying a dinner date on Friday. Cordeiro posted a snap on her Instagram story, which shows that she wore a shimmery, fitted long-sleeve dress.

The image features A-Rod in a classic black button-down shirt with pants. The couple was sitting closely, with Cordeiro holding onto Rodriguez's right arm as they enjoyed a night out together.

Cordeiro also tagged Alex Rodriguez in the story.

Alex Rodriguez and Cordeiro started dating in 2022 and officially announced it in a Christmas post.

This year, the couple was in New York City ahead of the holiday. In an Instagram post on Monday, A-Rod shared a bunch of photos of him and Jaclyn, various friends, as well as his children, Natasha and Ella, during various events.

The final picture in the carousel showed Cordeiro, Rodriguez, and his two daughters standing in front of a large Christmas tree.

Jaclyn Cordeiro posted an inspirational quote on her Instagram story on Friday. Cordeiro wrote,

"Nothing is over till you stop trying," and mentioned "Jaclyn Fit."

Back in 2020, she founded JacFit, a six-week program to help her clients become fit and healthy. A-Rod also appreciates the JacFit program; he told E! News in 2023,

"Two years later, I feel like I'm in the best shape of my life," Rodriguez said, "but I'm also happy and I've made some big, big changes in my life."

Cordeiro also posted a clip on Friday morning showing a winter drive. She shared it on her Instagram story, writing:

"Good Morning, Gym Bound" and added a temperature sticker reading 64°F.

Cordeiro also shared the JacFit motto and called 2026 a year of strengthening:

"At JacFit, we fuel with intention, move with purpose, and build bodies that support sharp minds and long lives. This is the new standard."

Jaclyn is a Canadian fitness instructor and a registered nurse who helps her clients push into a healthy lifestyle.
