Alex Bregman’s wife, Reagan, drops adorable reaction on Bryce Harper’s spouse Kayla’s photo dump

It's been over two months since the 2025 MLB regular season began, and Bryce Harper and his family have created tons of memories, especially in May. The family of the Philadelphia Phillies first baseman, comprising his wife, Kayla, and their four children, spent quality time at home, on vacation and at Citizens Bank Park.

On Sunday, Kayla unleashed photos captured in May, including from their home, their son Krew's Little League games, the siblings camaraderie between Krew, Kamryn and Brooklyn, a selfie with Dru Stott, the wife of fellow Phillies teammate Bryson Stott, fatherly bond of Harper and her tropical getaway with a friend.

Reagan Bregman, the wife of Boston Red Sox third baseman Alex Bregman, reacted with heart-eyed emojis and pink hearts:

Bryce Harper and Kayla celebrate daughter Kamryn’s first birthday with easter-themed bash

In April last year, Bryce Harper and Kayla welcomed their third child, Kamryn. The couple celebrated her first birthday with a special theme.

On April 22, Kayla shared a moment from their daughter’s birthday party. The Harper residence's lush green backyard was adorned with pastel eggs, plush bunnies and floral arrangements for Easter-inspired birthday party of Kamryn.

“Happy First Birthday to Kamryn Ray! 🐣 She never misses an opportunity to smile and she brings the sweetest calm to our home. We love you!!,” Kayla captioned her post.

The post included an adorable photo of Kamryn, who was dressed in a white ruffled outfit and headband. She was beside a basket filled with colorful eggs while a large bunny figure held a carrot.

Earlier in April, Bryce Harper and Kayla revealed the gender of their upcoming fourth child in a unique way during the game against the San Francisco Giants. They had their family doctor conspire with Harper's teammate Trea Turner, who handed him a custom blue bat, as if to suggest that it's a baby boy who's along the way.

The Harpers have three children: son Krew Aron (born August 2019), daughter Brooklyn Elizabeth (November 2020) and daughter Kamryn Ray (April 2024).
