An AEW star reacted to the Undisputed WWE Champion, Cody Rhodes' viral line from SmackDown on social media. The American Nightmare made the bold statement during a fiery promo on the show.

The AEW star, Ricochet has a reaction to Cody Rhodes' viral clip on social media. Last Friday on SmackDown, Cody cut a fiery promo on the General Manager, Nick Aldis, as he reminded the world who he is. The viral statement from the promo was "I'm the one who sent the tweet that changed the game!" possibly referring to his tweet about the first All In show years ago.

The veteran wrestling journalist, Dave Meltzer took notice of Cody's viral statement on the X social media platform and said that he is stealing that line said by Rhodes.

Cody Rhodes could be stripped of his WWE Championship

Cody Rhodes has been feuding with Drew McIntyre for the past few months. Drew also got suspended from SmackDown recently. After his suspension got lifted, McIntyre demanded another WWE Championship match against Cody from the GM, Nick Aldis. Drew also asked Aldis to create a law that if Cody lays his hands on him, he will be stripped of his Undisputed title:

"If I come back, I get my WWE Championship match against Cody Rhodes. That's deserved. I'm learning how much you're willing to defend your Golden Boy. But I want to pick the stipulation, but last, and not the least, I want you to fly back to Stamford, Connecticut once we're finished here. I want you to get your lawyers together, and draw up some documents that say Rhodes cannot lay one finger on me before that championship match, or he is stripped of the WWE Championship," Drew asked.

Drew's stipulations were accepted by Nick Aldis as revealed on SmackDown recently. It remains to be seen when McIntyre challenges Cody for the WWE title again.
