Aaron Rodgers ex Mallory Edens calls him out following podcast comments

Mallory Edens is not holding back following Aaron Rodgers' recent podcast comments about her former relationships.

In an Instagram post on Tuesday, Sept. 22, Edens shared that what Rodgers has recently shared with the public is untrue about their past romance.

"My ex is currently on a press tour talking about how he never loved anyone he dated after 2017," Edens shared in the caption alongside a photo of herself in a silver gown. "Unfortunately for him, I am also on a press tour for a movie inspired by how down bad I was. Really exciting time for competing narratives!!"

She concluded her statement by saying that her new film, Charlie Harper, hits theaters on Friday, Sept. 25. 

Charlie Harper tells the story of a couple whose romance begins to break as their lives begin to pull them in opposite directions. Edens produced the film via her production company, Little Ray Media. 

When did Aaron Rodgers and Mallory Edens date?

Edens and Rodgers dated for a few months in 2023, but they were friends prior to their relationship turning romantic. The film producer is the daughter of Milwaukee Bucks owner Wes Edens, and Rodgers purchased a minority ownership stake in 2018. Their connection to the NBA team is how the two met. 

What did Aaron Rodgers say on the podcast?

Rodgers didn't mention Mallory by name on the podcast, but when he mentioned he hadn't loved anyone since 2017, it was a dig at her, given when they began dating. He did call out exes Danica Patrick and Shailene Woodley. 

“She tells a story that, ‘I was so blindsided by getting left by you, and he leaves a trail of blood around.’ I’m like what are you talking about? That is not what happened by any means,” Rodgers said of Patrick on the Not Just Football podcast earlier this month. 

As for Woodley, he claimed that after he proposed in December 2020, she was interested in being with another man before they got married. The Pittsburgh Steelers quarterback also claimed that she took off the engagement ring in March.
