Las Vegas Aces rookie Aaliyah Nye is quickly making her mark in the WNBA. On a team stacked with talent, the second-round pick is proving she belongs.

Nye delivered her breakout performance in the Aces' nail-biting 84–81 victory over the Phoenix Mercury. In just 20 minutes off the bench, Nye poured in a career high 16 points, shooting an impressive 5-of-7 from both the field and beyond the arc. She also added a rebound and a steal to round out her efficient night.
