How to get Witch in 99 Nights in the Forest

Witch is the second Class to be featured in the Halloween Shop. You can unlock it with 900 Candies after interacting with Happy the Halloween Guy, the NPC located in the lobby.

Candies are an event currency added by the Halloween update in 99 Nights in the Forest. To obtain them, you must go Trick or Treating during your playthroughs. A Trick or Treat can be performed by dragging a Halloween Candle to one of the NPC houses when it is nighttime.

Given that the Trick or Treat feature necessitates obtaining a Halloween Candle, it will take time to collect Candies in the game. Still, you can accelerate your progress by equipping the Trick or Treater Class. Doing so will give you four additional Candies from NPCs per visit and you can also level up the Class to gain more powerful perks tied to Trick or Treating.

Candies are a guaranteed reward for Trick or Treating. However, alongside the currency, you'll get a random Trick or a Treat. A Trick will be a sort of a prank, such as your player getting flung to a short distance, while a Treat may give you a random equipment or item.

The Witch spawns with a Witch Potion. This potion can be used indefinitely to damage enemies and apply debuffs, making them particularly useful when fighting tough animals like hellephants in 99 Nights in the Forest.

Interestingly, the Witch Potion can damage enemies and simultaneously heal allies when dropped near both parties. The potion affects a small area, so make sure to bait and group enemies to that place.

Like other Classes, the Witch can be upgraded to level three. The requirement for jumping from level one to level two is to hit 100 enemies with poison. Meanwhile, to reach the max level, you must hit 300 enemies with poison.

• Level 1: You start with the Witch’s Potion that can damage enemies or apply other effects.

There are several ways to apply poison damage to your foes. The best method is to wear the Poison Armor and use a Blowpipe. While the Poison Armor poisons any enemy that comes in contact with the wearer, the Blowpipe poisons enemies with every hit. Both can be obtained from Frog Chests and caught in ponds within the Frog Cave.
