7-time WWE Champion to return and join The Vision's WarGames team? Exploring the possibility

WWE Survivor Series: WarGames is fast approaching, and the Triple H-led creative team is putting in a great effort to build up great clashes for the show. So far, the babyface team for the Men's WarGames Match consists of CM Punk, Jey Uso, and Cody Rhodes. Meanwhile, the heel team includes Bronson Reed, Bron Breakker, and Logan Paul.

The Maverick joined forces with The Vision on last week's episode of RAW by attacking CM Punk with his brass knuckles before handing them over to Paul Heyman to close up the show. This week, he allied with the heels to face off against Punk, Uso, and Rhodes in a promo segment. That said, a former WWE Champion might now return and join the villainous faction for the star-studded squad in San Diego.

Seven-time WWE Champion Brock Lesnar's last appearance in the squared circle was at Wrestlepalooza, where he squashed John Cena in a singles match. He initially came back at SummerSlam following a nearly two-year hiatus and took down a weakened Cena, who had just dropped the Undisputed WWE Championship back to The American Nightmare.

However, the Stamford-based promotion teased Lesnar's reunion with Paul Heyman when the WWE Hall of Famer introduced The Beast Incarnate before his showdown against The Franchise Player in Indianapolis.

In a jaw-dropping twist, the 48-year-old might be booked to return and ally with The Vision, possibly leading the heel team in the Men's WarGames Match, as part of a blockbuster storyline.

It must be noted that despite a massive possibility of the above angle taking place, at this point, it is merely speculative, and no confirmation has been made in this regard.

WWE could book John Cena to join the babyface team for the Men's WarGames Match

John Cena is now a Grand Slam Champion. He defeated Dominik Mysterio on the latest episode of RAW to capture his first Intercontinental Championship.

Curiously, it's likely the company might consider booking Cena to ally with CM Punk, Jey Uso, and Cody Rhodes for the upcoming Men's WarGames Match.

With just three more appearances left before The Franchise Player bids fans farewell in December, he is set to appear on the next episode of Monday Night RAW as well as Survivor Series: WarGames.

Given that the reigning IC Champion currently has no opponent at the upcoming event, the company might have him join forces with the babyfaces next week for the star-studded squad in San Diego.

However, this angle is also speculative, and nothing in this regard has been confirmed by the Stamford-based promotion.
