The latest episode of WWE RAW concluded with The Vision standing tall. After the match, Bron Breakker executed a spear on CM Punk, and the show went off the air.

In addition, Becky Lynch made her return on the red brand, and we also heard from Nikki Bella. In this article, we will discuss five things WWE subtly told us on Monday Night RAW this week.

#5. Austin Theory could be a mole in The Vision, in cahoots with Seth Rollins

Austin Theory finally engaged in a segment with Paul Heyman, which led to the main event match, where Theory supported The Vision and secured the win. The A-Town Down star stomped Rey Mysterio and emerged on top for his team.

However, Theory is still using Stomp, and his sudden inclusion in The Vision could be a subtle hint that Austin is a mole in the Paul Heyman group. He could merely pretend to be a supporter of The Vision, but secretly cahoots with Seth Rollins.

#4. WWE is lining up AJ Styles, Rey Mysterio, and CM Punk for Gunther heading into 2026

After last week's confrontation, AJ Styles and Gunther were once again entangled in a backstage segment on Monday Night RAW. CM Punk also interrupted The Ring General and stared him down. Not only that, but the former World Heavyweight Champion was also involved in a heated face-off with Rey Mysterio at the entrance ramp.

All these heated segments subtly suggest that WWE could be lining up all three veterans for a match against Gunther heading into 2026. Even The Ring General might retire Styles in 2026.

#3. AJ Lee is nearing her return now

AJ Lee was part of the Women's WarGames match, where she made Becky Lynch tap out. During the latest edition of the red brand, Lynch made her return and engaged in a segment with Maxxine Dupri, where the latter stood tall.

However, the return of The Man on WWE RAW suggests that AJ Lee could be nearing her comeback. Lee's return will finally set the stage for Becky vs. Lee's singles feud in WWE ahead of the Royal Rumble 2026.

#2. Je’Von Evans will be RAW’s next acquisition

BREAKING: Michael Cole refers to Je'Von Evans as "SOON TO BE FREE AGENT" #WWERaw

Je'Von Evans locked horns with Rayo Americano on Monday Night RAW, where the NXT star secured the victory after hitting the OG Cutter. However, when Je'Von was making his entrance from backstage, Michael Cole labeled him as a soon-to-be free-agent NXT talent.

The legendary commentator also added that Evans was on his way to impress Adam Pearce. This suggests that the Stamford-based promotion is planning to bring Je'Von to the main roster and that he will soon be officially part of the red brand.

#1. CM Punk retaining against Bron Breakker

BRON BREAKKER SPEAAR!! 😱 @bronbreakkerwwe has his sights SET on @CMPunk's World Heavyweight Championship! Don't miss CM Punk vs Bron Breakker for the World Heavyweight Championship on January 5th, the FIRST Raw of 2026!

CM Punk is set to defend his World Heavyweight Championship against Bron Breakker on RAW on January 5, 2026. Meanwhile, it seems that WWE subtly spoiled the ending of the match already, as The Vision is standing tall almost every week over The Best in the World.

Usually, the star who stands tall during the feud buildup suffers a loss in the actual match. So this pattern could be followed in the storyline of CM Punk and The Vision, when The Second City Saint will defeat Breakker in their upcoming match.
