The second round of the 2025 RSM Classic has concluded at St. Simmons Island. The field of 156 world-class players battled it out at the Sea Island Golf Club's iconic Seaside and Plantation courses.

Players who failed to post a 36-hole score of 7 under par 135 or better missed the cut and headed home earlier than expected. While the top 59 players and ties made it through to the weekend, several big-time golfers like Brian Harman missed the cut.

Brian Harman had a fairly decent start at the 2025 RSM Classic. He opened up the week with a 3 under par 67 round that ended with two back-to-back bogeys at the Seaside course.

The American golfer played his second round on the Plantation course from the back nine. Having been two under for the day through nine holes, Harman went on to card another birdie before recording a bogey and a double bogey.

While the unfortunate double bogey on the par 4 6th hole set him back, he finished the day strong with three consecutive birdies. Brian Harman missed the cut by one stroke.


#2. Sahith Theegala

Sahith Theegala struggled to get more putts to drop in for birdies during the first round of the tournament. He broke his streak of 15 consecutive pars on the Sea Island Golf Club's Seaside course with a birdie. However, a bogey on the final hole of the day resulted in an even par score for the opening round.

The second round of the 2025 RSM Classic saw Theegala amaze the golf community with his performance. He posted an incredible six under par 66 round on Friday. Despite the efforts, the recently engaged man missed the cut by one stroke.


#3. Stephan Jaeger

Stephan Jaeger's opening round at the 2025 RSM Classic saw his play consistently with three birdies offset by a double bogey to post a 1 under par 71 round.

The second round of the tournament saw the PGA Tour star struggle to hit fairways off the tee. He hit 8 out of 14 fairways to have a driving accuracy of 57.14 percent. Jaeger carded a 3 under par 67 round on Friday to miss the cut by three strokes.


#4. Rafael Campos

Rafael Campos got a good start at the 2025 RSM Classic with a 3 under par 67 round on Thursday. However, Friday's round at the Plantation course saw the Puerto Rican golfer struggle to convert birdies.

Despite having hit all 18 greens in regulation, he averaged 1.94 putts per hole and made three birdies. With a 36-hole score of 6 under par, Rafael Campos missed the cut by a single stroke.


#5. Cristobal Del Solar

Cristobal Del Solar struggled gravely off the tee during the first round of the RSM Classic. He hit only five fairways to rank 155th in driving accuracy with a percentage of 35.71. Despite this, he managed to hit a fair share of greens in regulation to post a 1 over par 71 round.

The Chilean golfer stood out in the field on Friday. Del Solar fired up an astounding 7 under par 65 round with zero bogeys to total 6 under par for two days. He missed the cut by one stroke.
