With 2025 nearing its end, WWE will look to end the year on a high note. Fans have been critical of the company's booking lately, and the Triple H-led creative team could look to redeem itself in the remaining few weeks of the year.

From Brock Lesnar to AJ Lee, fans saw several massive returns in 2025. While some turned out to be blockbusters, others ended up being underwhelming. That said, several more comebacks could be on the cards before the year comes to an end.

On that note, let's look at four WWE returns that are still possible in 2025:

Real Reason why Mick Foley Quit WWE - Check Here!

#4. Santos Escobar

After re-signing with WWE in October, Santos Escobar has yet to appear on television. The Mexican star's last appearance in the Stamford-based promotion came on the May 2 episode of SmackDown, where he lost to Rey Fenix in a singles match.

While negotiating his new deal, the company officials reportedly acknowledged Escobar's creative concerns, leading many fans to believe he would be featured in a more prominent role going forward. The 41-year-old could finally make his return during the remainder of 2025.

#3. Randy Orton

Randy Orton has been away from television for over two months. The Viper was last seen on the October 3 episode of SmackDown, where he teamed up with Cody Rhodes in a losing effort against The Vision in a tag team match.

The Apex Predator could return soon, potentially before 2025 comes to an end. The Triple H-led creative has been teasing a program between Orton and Rhodes for a while, and could finally pull the trigger on it in the coming weeks.

#2. Former WWE Women's Champion Tiffany Stratton

Tiffany Stratton has been on a hiatus since losing the WWE Women's Championship to Jade Cargill at Saturday Night's Main Event XLI. After an impressive 302-day title reign, The Buff Barbie has seemingly taken some time off.

That said, it could soon be Tiffy Time on SmackDown once again, as Cargill currently has no credible challenger to her championship. Before her reign becomes stale, Tiffany could return and challenge The Storm to a rematch for the title.

#1. Chad Gable

Chad Gable has been sidelined with a shoulder injury since June. In his absence, Ludwig Kaiser has been playing the El Grande Americano character on television.

Gable has reportedly been training at the Performance Center, hinting that his return could be near. The American Made leader could make his comeback before the year ends.
