I’ve had a love hate relationship with working out my whole life. On the one hand I like being in shape and feeling good, but on the other hand going to the gym almost always sucks.
It’s not just the act of exercising that I hate, it’s the people at the gym. The folks who just sit on a machine for half an hour looking at their phone. The people who never wear deodorant. And what’s up with that guy who is there working out in jeans? What is the rest of his day even like?
These gym memes cover it all. The need to be fit. The distain for gym culture. The never ending list of supplements we are all supposed to be taking. Much like working out, it’s exhausting.
