That said, there are certain ongoing rivalries on the blue brand that fans believe the creative team must put to rest, as the wrestling universe is seemingly tired of these feuds and no longer finds them interesting.

#3. Damian Priest and Aleister Black

Damian Priest concluded his rivalry with Drew McIntyre by defeating him in a Steel Cage match at Saturday Night's Main Event on May 24. Following his feud with The Scottish Warrior, Priest entered a compelling program with Aleister Black on WWE SmackDown, culminating in a Last Man Standing match on the October 10 episode of the blue brand, where Priest lost due to interference from Zelina Vega.

However, the 43-year-old later cost Black a potential United States Championship victory over Ilja Dragunov on the October 24 episode of SmackDown. Their feud didn't end there, as Damian Priest saved Cody Rhodes from Aleister Black and Drew McIntyre on the November 7 episode of the blue brand.

Chelsea Green challenged Giulia for the Women's United States Championship on the go-home edition of WWE SmackDown ahead of Saturday Night's Main Event XLI. This set the stage for the title bout last week, where Chelsea dethroned The Beautiful Madness to regain the gold.
