Min Woo Lee is set to play the 2025 BMW Australian PGA Championship at Royal Queensland Golf Club in Brisbane, Australia, from November 27 to 30. After a mixed season, Lee is looking to start strong on home soil.
On November 21, Lee shared a post on Instagram through a collaboration with BMW Golf Sport, showing his excitement to return to familiar courses ahead of the championship. He wrote:

The 2025 BMW Australian PGA Championship features a strong field, including Min Woo Lee, Adam Scott, Cam Smith, Joaquin Niemann, Ryan Fox, Cam Davis, Marc Leishman, Marco Penge, Carlos Ortiz, Matt Jones, Sebastien Munoz, and defending champion Elvis Smylie.
Lee performed well at last year’s event, finishing tied for 15th with rounds of 68, 72 and 66, ending the tournament at 7 under par. With three DP World Tour wins already to his name, Lee will look to carry that momentum into this year’s championship.
Min Woo Lee confirms he will stay on the PGA Tour
Min Woo Lee has confirmed he won’t be joining LIV Golf and will continue competing on the PGA Tour. The 24-year-old is focused on the upcoming Australian summer as he aims to secure another spot at the Masters.
The golfer, ranked 46th in the Official World Golf Rankings addressed the rumours in a recent interview with AAP. He said he enjoys playing on the PGA Tour and wants to participate in all the major championships next year with Augusta National at the top of his list.
"There’s been a lot of rumours. I’m not going and am just going to play on the PGA Tour. So, I’m happy with where I’m at and, yeah, I’m looking forward to next year," Lee said.He added that performing well in Australia’s summer tournaments is key to locking in his spot for the majors.
"I’ve just got to play good golf in the Aussie summer, and hopefully I can lock it up. Yeah, I never want to miss a major, the Masters especially. It’s one of the biggest tournaments in the world, so I’ll do whatever I can to get in.”This season Lee competed in 19 PGA Tour events, making the cut in 14 of them. He won the Texas Children’s Houston Open and recorded two top-10 finishes along with seven top-25 finishes.
