28-year-old WWE Superstar wants a reboot of Total Divas and to work with Chelsea Green, Nikki Bella, and more

WWE Total Divas was a fascinating reality show, launched on July 28, 2013, on E! Television, quickly capturing the attention of fans globally. After nine seasons, the show aired its final episode on December 10, 2019. However, Maxxine Dupri wants the company to reboot the show.

Speaking on Insight with Chris Van Vliet, the 28-year-old star said that the women currently in the locker room should be featured in a new iteration of Total Divas.

The Alpha Academy member also named current members of the roster she would want to work with on the rebooted show, including Chelsea Green and Nikki Bella.

"We'd have to have Chelsea [Green], of course. We have to have Tiffany [Stratton]. We need Bianca [Belair]. We need Natty. I need Naomi – pregnant or not – I need her," she expressed. "There's just so many people in our locker room. We need Roxanne [Perez]. There's too many!" [H/T Wrestling Inc]

Maxxine Dupri also said that Total Divas should be added to Netflix’s library and was surprised it hasn’t happened yet. She also talked about the OG Divas of WWE, Brie and Nikki Bella, saying she finds them amazing and that they defy the saying ‘never meet your heroes.’

Dupri said that she hung out with The Bella Twins and was fascinated by how funny Brie Bella was. She even said that the Hall of Famer could easily land a side gig in comedy if she wanted to.

Maxxine Dupri didn’t mention Becky Lynch for Total Divas

While Maxxine Dupri mentioned several names from the women’s division for a potential Total Divas reboot, she left out Becky Lynch. The Man has been claiming to be the greatest women’s wrestler of all time since she turned heel on RAW after WrestleMania 41.

Dupri is currently in a feud with the reigning Women’s Intercontinental Champion and will face her on November 17, 2025, on the red brand in a title match. Lynch, who has been very irate since The Vision backstabbed Seth Rollins, attacked Dupri backstage right after the match was made official.

The former seven-time women’s champion said that the 28-year-old will never be ready to defeat her. So far, the Alpha Academy member has two victories over The Man, one by countout and one by disqualification. It will be interesting to see if Dupri can secure three wins in a row against Lynch and become the third Women’s Intercontinental Champion.
