Somehow we never think to update our emails. We set one years ago and just stick with it forever. Next thing you know, you’re in your 20s or 30s still signing off from something like [email protected] and hoping no one notices. It feels fine until you actually see it written out in a professional email, and then it’s too late because that’s just what you’ve been using the whole time.

Sometimes just sending an email feels like the hardest thing to do. You sit there staring at the screen, rewriting the same sentence ten times, trying to sound normal and somehow purrfessional at the same time. Nothing sounds right, everything feels off, and it takes way longer than it should. You know what you want to say, but getting it into email form is a whole different task. No thanks.
