Why Zendaya Won’t Confirm Tom Holland Marriage Amid Speculation
Zendaya always keeps Tom Holland close to her.
As the Spider-Man actress stepped out at the Euphoria season three premiere in Los Angeles April 7, she had her subtle “T” tattoo on full display.
The 29-year-old—whose stylist Law Roach said got married to the Cherry actor earlier this year—wore a black backless halter Ashi Studio SS26 Couture gown with her new bob hairstyle in a chic wet look.
Zendaya was not joined by her man, but her tattoo captured attention as she posed for photographs and caught up with fellow castmates including Hunter Schafer, Maude Apatow, Alexa Demie, Jacob Elordi and Sydney Sweeney.
Zendaya’s subtle wardrobe nod to Tom comes over a year after it was confirmed they got matching tattoos ahead of their engagement last year, with each of them getting the other’s initial on their rib cage.
“They were lovely to meet,” the couple’s tattoo artist Lily Jarnryd told People in Jan. 2025, “and it was a lot of fun!”
And while the duo have put their ink for each other on display, they are less forthright about the intimate details of their romance. After a month of speculation over her and Tom’s marital status Zendaya explained why she’d never explicitly reveal anything about her relationship.
“I just feel like for me there is this level of a parasocial investment in my personal relationship,” Zendaya explained during an April 1 appearance on The New York Times’ Modern Love podcast. “I do know that I’m a public person and so is he and I’m also aware that we’ve grown up in front of people and we’ve done movies where we fall in love with each other so I really do understand that and I don’t want to dismiss that like, ‘Stay out of my business’ or whatever.”

However, Zendaya added, “In a lot of ways, I’m also a very private person and I try my best to be able to have things for myself and for him as well.”
