Jack Doherty was arrested in Florida on Saturday.
The YouTube star, 22, was booked into the Miami-Dade County jail on Saturday, Nov. 15, at 8:48 a.m., per county records.
Doherty was charged with possession of a controlled substance, listed as amphetamine, possession of marijuana and resisting arrest.
The Post reached out to Doherty, as well as the Miami Police Department for comment.
Prior to his arrest, Doherty posted on his Instagram Stories on Friday night, showing off a yacht he was on and sharing a link to the app Parti.
Doherty’s bond was set at $3,500, and has since been paid, per public records.
The social media star has garnered more than 28 million followers across all his platforms and is known for his viral prank videos.
In October 2024, Doherty totaled his $200,000 McLaren supercar while texting and driving in the rain — and livestreaming himself.
Doherty’s Kick stream showed the internet star looking down at his phone in his hand as he drove along a slippery Miami highway.
Seconds later, Doherty lost control of the car, and screamed as he slid across the right lane and smashed into a guardrail.
“All my money’s gone,” Doherty said after examining his car.
He originally purchased the McLaren at the end of 2023 for $202,850.10, according to his YouTube channel.
Kick ended up banning Doherty from the platform.
Just last month, the YouTube sensation made headlines again after he split from OnlyFans star McKinley Richardson.
In a two-part podcast episode hosted by the model’s friend Camilla Araujo, Richardson opened up about her whirlwind romance with Doherty, which started in early 2023 and ended this past May.
The 22-year-old married Doherty in a Las Vegas wedding almost a year ago.
The ceremony was live streamed in front of his 15.3 million followers and he made derogatory comments such as: “Shawty gets absolutely nothing when I divorce her, even if I cheat.”
“If she cheats, she automatically owes me $10 million. I’ll also receive 100 percent of her OF revenue moving forward, even if we divorce,” Doherty added.
In the podcast episode, Richardson opened up about her abortion.
“He wasn’t going to be that thrilled to be a dad. He couldn’t wait for the money. He said the whole family’s YouTube channel would go wild.”
“It had nothing to do with the family. It had to do with control,” Richardson emotionally recalled.
It led Richardson to make the difficult decision to terminate her pregnancy.
“He said I was trapped. He mentioned no one would be with me if I were pregnant with his child,” she stated.
