You’re invited…to read my borderline obsessive love letter to Minted (Save the Dates)

Weddings come in all shapes and sizes, often involving a lot of moving parts that even the most hyper-organized people can struggle with. Sometimes there’s so much stress around planning the big day that it can overshadow the whole affair. If you’re planning a wedding in 2026, don’t let that happen to you. As someone who went through this a few years back, I may not be able to prevent all of the typical wedding-planning pitfalls… but if I may offer one piece of advice that was a game-changer for me: Use Minted! My love for the brand started with Minted’s Save the Dates, but by the end of the process it became a full-on obsession.

There may be similar services out there, but I went whole hog with Minted, and it was a flawless experience that I have been shouting from the rooftops since my wedding in 2022. Now I’m shouting from the laptops, so you fine people can experience the superior service Minted offers for just these special occasions.

When I first found my way to the site to design our Save the Dates, what struck me immediately was just how many customizable options there are. You don’t need a graphic design background to conjure up something beautiful.

If you’re someone who struggles with making decisions, that might be the only real issue you encounter. There are SO.MANY.CHOICES. It really covers all of its bases to ensure the designs offered appeal to all types of people.

The real clincher for me is just how easy Minted is to navigate. Sometimes the details of wedding planning can get complicated. There’s drama with the seating charts, guests might have dietary restrictions, and the list goes on. But the promo materials for your big day shouldn’t add to those complications, and with Minted, they don’t have to.

Another key consideration at play for every wedding is cost. It’s hard to give a real range because of how much certain customizations can affect pricing, but discount codes were offered every time I needed to get something new. Minted handled my Save the Dates, my invitations, my place cards and my thank you cards, and I don’t think I paid full price once. And when it comes to weddings, every penny counts.

People often say that weddings have so much build-up, only for the big day to feel over in an instant. Three years after my own, I can attest to that. I have wonderful memories from that day and a few lingering remnants from the planning process.

Chief among them is my experience using Minted. Good customer service is hard to come by these days, and many companies will try to nickel and dime you, especially when it comes to wedding planning, but it really rose to the (special) occasion

In fact, I loved my experience with Minted so much that I wish I had more excuses to use it. I may start responding to casual emails with ornate messages printed on high-quality cardstock. Look out for my future out-of-office notifications printed by Minted.
