Darren Till’s patience finally snapped after his long-discussed boxing match with Andrew Tate collapsed. The Liverpool native unloaded on Tate in a profanity-laced tirade, calling him out for backing out of what was meant to be one of the biggest fights of Till’s career.

Till had claimed the bout was close to being finalized before Tate chose to fight influencer boxer Chase Demoor instead. The decision immediately drew criticism online, with fans suggesting Tate had swerved the more dangerous opponent. Tate later said the deal fell apart because of Till’s behavior on social media.

Till responded on X with a furious message that left little doubt about how he felt. He accused Tate of ducking him out of fear and mocked his 'Top G' image:

“Basically means he sh*t himself cos he knows I’d f*cking blast his jaw into oblivion. That's not even gay. That's proper f*cking smelly [expletive] gear. Andrew keep quiet, mate. You are getting black eyes from absolute bums out here. You’ll never be a 'Top G' around people like me. You’ll always be prey. Cos, at the end of the day, you are just a little crypto nerd like the rest of the crypto nerds. I’m a f*cking killer. Don’t ever ever f*cking forget it, ya little [expletive].”

The failed matchup leaves Till without an active booking. His last appearance in the ring ended with a knockout win over Luke Rockhold.

Darren Till launches Gorilla Promotions

Darren Till is stepping into the business side of boxing with the launch of Gorilla Promotions, his own fight organization modeled on the Misfits format. The former UFC welterweight and middleweight contender announced plans for a Prize Fighter-style tournament aimed at giving up-and-coming boxers a platform to earn titles and a £5,000 purse.

He recently claimed the bridgerweight title at Misfits 22. The promotion will also feature celebrity bouts to add entertainment value. Till’s first event is expected to take place in January.

The promotion issued a statement, which read:

"Introducing Gorilla Promotions, a brand-new boxing promotion founded by Darren Till, bringing an exciting Prize Fighter concept where the winner takes home a championship belt and a £5,000 prize. After being approached by many fighters asking for help getting onto shows, Till decided to launch his own promotion. The aim is to give both up-and-coming and current boxers real opportunities to showcase their skills, while also featuring celebrity matchups that add a Misfits-style twist. "Every fighter will be paid, and the Prize Fighter champion will earn £5,000 along with the Gorilla Promotions belt. The first event is set for mid-January, with major social boxing names expected to be part of the build-up and live coverage. Weight classes are yet to be finalized, and additional non-tournament bouts are also planned."
