After paying tribute to Charlie Kirk, Nebraska Volleyball’s Rebekah Allick reacted to his memorial service, where people turned out in huge numbers. The memorial for Kirk was held at the State Farm Stadium in Glendale, Arizona, days after his assasination.

Kirk was the founder of Turning Point USA, a non-profit organization promoting conservative politics on the campuses of educational institutions. He was fatally shot while delivering a lecture at Utah Valley University on September 10, 2025. The massive memorial service was attended by his wife Erika Kirk, President Donald Trump, members of the president’s Make America Great Again (MAGA) movement, and Vice President JD Vance.

The memorial service honored the legacy of the late writer and political activist and highlighted the influence of his Christian faith. It also saw an overwhelming turnout, the video of which Allick shared on her Instagram story. She penned a heartfelt message, suggesting Kirk's character was influenced by his actions and thoughts:

Allick is currently representing the Nebraska Huskers as a middle hitter and is considered one of the crucial players for the team, having led the team as captain at multiple games.

Nebraska Volleyball’s Rebekah Allick attended the service memorial for the Turning Point USA founder Charlie Kirk, at Nebraska Union on September 17, 2025. Following this, she shared a picture of Kirk's family, including his wife Erika and their kids, and penned a quote by Pope John Paul II. She further paid her tribute to Kirk, praising him as a good man, father, and husband, who led people towards faith.

"May God rest his soul," Allick wrote. "He was a father, a husband… a man. He died doing what I believe God put him on this earth to do. To educate and encourage the youth to ask hard questions and to come closer to Jesus. May we all find comfort in knowing he is with God." "This is just the beginning of the United States coming together. May we look at each other with more humanity. May God help us all."

Rebekah Allick is poised to next compete for the Nebraska Huskers on Wednesday, September 24, 2025, against the Michigan team at the Bob Devaney Sports Center.
