Yankees' Aaron Judge is chasing Red Sox, Reds and Tigers legends on all-time HR record list

1 hour ago 3

Aaron Judge continues to climb the all-time home run record list.

That, of course, is unsurprising. The New York Yankees' 6-foot-7 slugger is absolutely potent.

The best part of record lists, though, is the guys who a player is still chasing. Judge has a lot of ground to climb.

With the Yankees off on Thursday, May 14, Judge is currently sitting with 384 career homers. That's tied for 69th in baseball history with Harold Baines.

He's coming up on some really fun names.

Aaron Judge on all-time HR list

Judge has a long way still to climb, but each step along the way is fascinating.

From his 384 homers, he's one away from Boston Red Sox great Dwight Evans (385).

The all-time great Cincinnati Reds catcher, Johnny Bench, is coming up soon at 389.

A former Yankees star, Graig Nettles, hit 390.

There's Joe Carter of the Blue Jays and his 396 homers up on the charts, too.

How about Tigers great Al Kaline? He hit 399.

Judge certainly should get to the 400-homer mark this season, and then he'll just keep moving up.

Dodgers great Duke Snider hit 407, Mark Teixeira had 409, Alfonso Soriano hit 412 and it just keeps on going up.

Judge still seems to have a lot of home run hitting left to do. Each step up the ladder is a cool little piece of baseball history.
