Aaron Judge has done it again.
The New York Yankees' modern superstar has broken another franchise record. This time, Judge tops the career charts above all the greats.
Judge homered on Friday night while also being intentionally walked in the same game.
It's the 28th time Judge has put together that HR-IBB combo. That passes Mickey Mantle, and Judge is now first in Yankees history in that duo stat, per NY Yankees Stats.
This comes with a key caveat: Intentional walks weren't an official stat until 1955.
Surely, the likes of Babe Ruth and Lou Gehrig had this happen once or twice.
But we can only go by the statistics we have, and they say Judge stands alone.

Fittingly, Judge's slump-busting home run came against the Orioles, the division rival he hits the best against. Something about the orange in the other uniforms really gets Judge's bat riled up.
Regardless of the reason, it's just good to see Judge trotting around the bases again.
He's now up to 27 homers on the season, and if he wants the Triple Crown, he'll have to kick it into gear to keep up with the red-hot Cal Raleigh.
For now, he can settle for passing the legendary Mantle on yet another historic Yankees list.
