Spencer Jones' recent hot streak has gotten him noticed.
No, not by potential New York Yankees trade partners. Instead, by Baseball America.
The respected baseball publication has listed Jones in its updated top-100 prospect list at No. 93. It's Jones' first placement in that group this season.
The Yankees have 3 prospects on Baseball America's top 100 update:
17. George Lombard Jr.
92. Cam Schlittler
93. Spencer Jones

The 6-foot-7 Jones has been potent since his first promotion to Triple-A.
In 19 games with Scranton/Wilkes-Barre, Jones has 13 home runs and is hitting .400.
His trade availability is unclear. Some reports indicate it'd take a gigantic haul, while others suggest Jones very well could be moved for a more reasonable MLB option.
Regardless, if it happens, it'd be the Yankees dealing away a top-100 prospect. And when the guy has the raw power of Jones, that'd be a tough one to give up.
