WWE star Cody Rhodes is the reigning Undisputed WWE Champion. He is one of the most recognisable names in the world of professional wrestling, and it seems like he is going to stay champion for many more months.

The American Nightmare was signed to AEW from 2019 to 2022. He was quite successful in the Jacksonville-based company, having won the TNT Championship thrice. Furthermore, his manager was WWE Hall of Famer Arn Anderson.

Arn Anderson shares a close relationship with Cody Rhodes and his family. In a recent interview with Denise Salcedo, he said that he has wrestled Cody's father, the late great Dusty Rhodes, three hundred times. The legend also said that he had locked horns with Cody's brother, AEW star Dustin Rhodes, two hundred times. He then revealed how he and the former AEW star became so close.

"WeIl I wrestled his dad probably 300 times. From 85 to 89. In that time period, I wrestled his brother, Dustin Rhodes probablly another 200 times. And Cody, I coached up for six to eight months when I was in AEW in a manager role with Cody. So I told his dad when he first brought him to work with him one day on TV. He introduced me and he said, 'Arn, he's going to be breaking in. I want you to advise him and help him and guide him along'. And I promised him that if I am in the building, he will get my full attention. And he must have told Cody that, and Cody told me that. And that must have meant a lot to him," said Anderson.
