Josh Hart has been a major reason why the Knicks have performed so well all season long.
The 31-year-old guard is a Swiss army knife who averages 12 points a game and ranks top 40 in the NBA in rebounding and assists. And while his points weren't mind blowing against the 76ers, he played 44 minutes in Game 2 with 7 assists, 6 rebounds, and 3 steals.
Currently, Hart is listed as questionable entering Game 3 of the Conference Semi-Finals against the 76ers. He joins an injury report with OG Anunoby (questionable) and Mitchell Robinson (probable).

What is Josh Hart's injury?
Josh Hart sprained his thumb, leading him to be listed as questionable.
This injury came during the second half of the Knicks' Game 2 win over the Sixers. Hart tried to get into the paint to block a dunk attempt from Dominick Barlow. In the process, his left hand collided with the head of Sixers guard Quentin Grimes, spraining Hart's thumb in the process.

After his thumb was taped in the locker room, he returned to play, finishing the game with a total of 44 minutes.

When will Josh Hart return?
Hart is currently questionable and may not miss any time for the Knicks. It seems to be a day-to-day issue as the playoffs go on. Hart is known to keep playing heavy minutes while banged up, which makes it hard to imagine him sitting on the bench for too long.
Hart also dealt with a hand injury earlier in the season, playing with a splint on his right ring finger. With this came a broader nerve injury in his hand, according to The Athletic. Hart had surgery in the offseason to deal with this injury before reinjuring it before the start of training camp.
Instead of sitting out for three months to recover, Hart played through the injury this season.
