Wild video shows man punch fellow shopper in NYC Costco brawl over shopping cart

Wild video shows the moment a spat between two couples over a shopping cart turned to blows inside a Brooklyn Costco – with one injured man falling to the ground in the middle of an aisle.

The mayhem erupted around 3:50 p.m. Sunday inside the superstore on Third Avenue near 37th Street in Sunset Park, police said.

The viral footage – which has racked up more than 900,000 views since it was posted on X the same day – shows the couples bickering in the aisle over the cart.

One couple began to physically fight with a man wearing a white T-shirt and black pants as his gal pal yelled, “Do not touch him! Do not push him!” the clip shows.

At one point, the T-shirt-wearing man slugged his male rival on the side of the head and shoved his female partner out of the way, according to the clip

The man who took the punch fell to the ground, hitting his head on a shopping cart, police said. 

“Call the police!” the woman who was with the injured man yelled in both English and Spanish.

The victim was taken to NYU Langone Hospital-Brooklyn for treatment, police said. 

Meanwhile, his assailant fled the scene, cops said.
