Now, they're missing another core veteran in Draymond Green for a marquee Sunday matchup against the Denver Nuggets.

Draymond Green was ruled out with a lower back issue, per the Warriors. The announcement came just minutes before tipoff in the Bay Area. 

Draymond had played the previous two games since the All-Star break. In a moment's notice, he popped up on the injury report as out. 

Some fans are theorizing the Warriors are tanking or that Draymond just doesn't want to play without Steph.

Draymond, 35, is also a veteran that needs more rest and maintenance days as the years pass. 

Chances are this injury is not serious but it is strange that he was ruled out at the very last moments before tipoff.
