Golfers in the PGA Tour's Cognizant Classic are playing their final round on Sunday.
Some also have yellow ribbons on, and it turns out, it's for a cool reason.
It has to do with Jack Nicklaus.
Why are golfers wearing yellow ribbons?
This is part of a charity initiative called Play Yellow.
It's a program sponsored by the golf legend Jack Nicklaus and his wife, Barbara.
They run it in partnership with the Children's Miracle Network Hospitals.
The program helps raise money and awareness for children's hospitals.
The Cognizant Classic doesn't feature a ton of big names, but Shane Lowry was among those wearing the yellow ribbon.
It's also fallen off a bit from its prominence in the PGA calendar, but Nicklaus spoke on Saturday about what the tournament can still mean.
"The community doesn't want it to go away. It's a community event," Nicklaus said, via Golf Monthly. "Whether they change the date of it or leave it the way it is, it's struggled to come out of the pack, you might say, because of its date. It's been a good tournament. It's been supported pretty well for every year. I don't think the tournament's going to go anywhere. I have no idea what the tour's plans are, but I don't think it's going to go anywhere."
When you add in the yellow ribbons and raising of money and awareness, it's a good thing going at the Cognizant Classic.
