Jordan Walsh stands out on the basketball court as an inspirational story for those with the same hair condition as him.
The Boston Celtics forward and his alopecia universalis impact his appearance, but he wasn't without inspiration of his own.
Walsh looked up to former NBA player Charlie Villanueva, who had the same condition.
“He was really helpful, more than anything off the court,” Walsh told Celtics Wire in 2023. “Just with my head, my confidence, just stuff like that, because he understands what I’ve been through. I can tell him everything and he’s been through the same thing. He’s got great advice.”
Now, it's Walsh in the NBA doing his best to show what he's made of.
