"The Heart of the Beast" will have its premiere in Tennessee next week.

Brad Pitt is trading Hollywood for Nashville for his latest movie premiere.
Page Six Hollywood can exclusively reveal that Paramount Pictures’ Brad Pitt-fronted survival thriller, “Heart of the Beast,” will hold its global premiere at Tennessee’s FirstBank Amphitheater on Sept. 16.
The project from acclaimed filmmaker David Ayer follows Pitt as a Special Forces officer who finds himself stranded deep in the Alaskan wilderness alongside his combat dog, Odin. Together, they are forced into a brutal fight for survival against the elements. J. K. Simmons and Anna Lambe also star.
Pitt, Ayer and producers Marty Bowen and Olivia Hamilton are expected to attend the splashy affair.
Hollywood types may prick up their ears upon hearing that the studio is hosting an event in Tennessee, considering Paramount Skydance CEO David Ellison has floated the idea of moving the company to Nashville or Austin amid a 12-state antitrust lawsuit seeking to block its merger with Warner Bros. Discovery.
But we’re told that the premiere locale has little to do with Paramount’s potential move — it was actually a request from Pitt himself.
The A-list actor specifically asked for an outdoor event away from the typical LA or NYC hotspots, especially given the film’s box office tracking figures show its core audience is in the middle of the country. The FirstBank Amphitheater was subsequently chosen by Paramount global publicity EVP David Waldron’s team, sources say.
“Heart of the Beast” hits theaters on Sept. 25.
