Golf analyst Amanda Balionis shared a hilarious nightmare she had. The CBS Sports journalist, known for covering golf and the NFL for the channel, had an off from work this week.

On Sunday, Balionis shared a hilarious story about the nightmare she had about mixing golf and football. She shared a video on her social media handle in which she talked about the incident and said that she got confused while talking to Los Angeles Chargers quarterback Justin Herbert. She said:

"Have the weekend off this weekend, which means last night I had my traditional work-coated nightmare. This time it was golf and football. "Justin Herbert was playing on the PGA Tour and in his NFL game, and for some reason, every time he was on the golf course, I couldn't remember that he was also the starting quarterback for the Chargers. So I kept making jokes to him about the game, saying, “Well, whoever's playing the Chargers better watch out because they're not going to win against the Chargers quarterback," she said. "Who was Justin Herbert? But I couldn't remember that as I was talking to Justin Herbert, the golfer, and it was just once again me being stressed out over not being prepared, and my brain just not wanting to cooperate. I woke up in a full sweat. Why? Why am I this way?," she added.

In the video, Amanda Balionis also confirmed that she would be covering the Sunday game between the Chargers and the Pittsburgh Steelers. She added:

"Oh, also I’m going to the Chargers–Steelers game tonight, so hello Justin Herbert."

Justin Herbert, who has a net worth of $71 million (via Forbes), has cemented his name in the NFL, but he is also an avid golfer. Back in 2023, in one of his interviews with Golf Digest, the NFL quarterback shared that he started playing golf at the age of 8 or 9 at the River Ridge and Oakway Golf Course.

Meanwhile, on the field, Herbert played in the game against the Steelers on Sunday and added 220 yards passing to help the Chargers win the game.

Amanda Balionis stuns in a black outfit for NFL Week 9

Amanda Balionis has previously attended the Week 9 NFL game between the Tennessee Titans and the Los Angeles Chargers. She offered a glimpse of her outing on Instagram last week.

She shared several pictures of her covering the matchup. In the caption of the post, she praised Justin Herbert for his game. She wrote:

"Week 9 ✅ The Titans showed flashes of what could be in store for this team when the pieces come together but at the end of the day it was the Chargers who have won the last 3 of 4 and continue their push to the playoffs. A healthy Justin Herbert is so dangerous and so fun to watch."

Amanda Balionis wore an all black outfit for the outing. She donned a black top layered with a knee-length jacket and matching boots.

Week 9 was also impressive for Herbert, and he recorded 250 yards passing to help the Chargers win the game 27-20.
