The Philadelphia Eagles want some revenge.
They're taking on the New York Giants in Week 8 on Sunday, and it's only been a few weeks since the Giants handled the Eagles in primetime.
Philly doesn't lose to the Giants twice in one season. It just doesn't happen.
If the Eagles want that to be true this year, they'll have to do it without A.J. Brown.
The star wide receiver is unavailable.

Why isn't A.J. Brown playing today?
A.J. Brown has been held out of Week 8 due to injury.
Brown sat out all three days of practice this week with a hamstring injury before being ruled out.
The Eagles were coming off their best passing game of the season, one in which Brown caught two touchdowns from Jalen Hurts. But they'll have to figure it out without him as they try to avenge their earlier loss to the Giants.
Without Brown, the Eagles are a bit lacking at wide receiver.
This is how it breaks down with no Brown:
- DeVonta Smith
- Jahan Dotson
- John Metchie III
- Xavier Gipson
The Eagles have three WRs on their practice squad and may elevate at least one of Quez Watkins, Terrace Marshall and Britain Covey.
Dotson didn't even get tons of targets last year when either Brown or Smith were out. It seems likely that Hurts will mostly target Smith along with tight end Dallas Goedert.
Metchie is also intriguing if he gets more snaps. The Eagles sought him out in a trade before the season, and he's got a lot of talent.
But at this point, it's hard to predict a big game from anyone not named Smith from this WR depth chart with no Brown.
