Who will the Bills play next if they win?
In the AFC championship game, the Bills would play the Chiefs after Kansas City defeated the Texans on Saturday afternoon. During the regular season, Buffalo gave the Chiefs their first loss of the season with a 30-17 win in November.
This would be the fourth time in five years that the Bills and Chiefs face off in the playoffs, but Kansas City won each of the last three. After the Chiefs defeated the Bills in Buffalo last January, this game would once again return to Kansas City like the first two contests.
Since Buffalo drafted Josh Allen, the Bills have lost five times in the playoffs. with three of them coming against the Chiefs. Once again, this matchup would mean Buffalo tries to overcome their biggest nemesis.
Who will the Ravens play next if they win?
If the Ravens beat the Bills on Sunday, they will face the Chiefs in the AFC championship game. This would be a rematch of last year's AFC title game, when Kansas City won in Baltimore, 17-10, to advance to the Super Bowl.
The Ravens and Chiefs opened the season against each other, which resulted in a 27-20 win for Kansas City. Baltimore came within an inch of tying the game, but in the end, Kansas City won its first game of the season en route to a 15-2 record.
The Ravens are 1-5 against the Chiefs since Patrick Mahomes entered the league, with their only win coming in 2021. Baltimore hopes it will get the chance to improve on that record next weekend.
