Charm Pouch is one of the Wandering Tales quests that you can find near Halo Peak in Where Winds Meet. During the quest, you meet an NPC who's looking for three coin bags to save her husband from a potential scam. However, she doesn't know their locations, and you must help her find them. Completing the quest will give you Echo Jades and some other in-game rewards.

How to complete the Charm Pouch quest in Where Winds Meet
Aunt Guo's location
Speak with Aunt Guo (Image via NetEase)Use the southeastern Halo Peak Boundary Stone and head straight to find Aunt Guo looking for something by the road. Interact with her to ask what she's doing, and she'll request you to find three blessed coin bags.
Coin bag location #1
Location of the first coin bag (Image via NetEase)Teleport to the northwestern Boundary Stone in Halo Peak and go south to get to the top of the waterfall to find a small cave sealed by vines. Use a fire bow to burn the vines and enter the cave to find the coin bag. Do note that there's a bear near the cave, and it will attack you. You can either fight it or just get the bag and leave the area.

Coin bag location #2
Location of the second coin bag (Image via NetEase)Climb the mountain south of the first coin bag's location to find a large pagoda. Near that tower, there's a small shrine that can be opened by pressing the pressure plate. You can find the second coin bag inside that shrine.

Give the coin bags to Aunt Guo
Give all the bags to Aunt Guo (Image via NetEase)Return to Aunt Guo and give her all three coin bags. This will complete the Charm Pouch quest in Where Winds Meet.
As a reward for completing the Wandering Tales, you will get the following:
- Echo Jade x40
- Qinghe Exploration x10
- Coin x5000
- EXP x5000
