Where to watch The Ten 2026: Full race scheule, times, TV channel, live stream for San Juan Capistrano 10K and more

It's about that time — many of the world's best distance runners are headed to San Juan Capistrano to take part in The Ten, a 10K race in Southern California.

Celebrating its sixth year as an organized event, The Ten is often called the "World's Fastest 10K". Athletes come to this course looking to break records — in fact, in just a few years The Ten has seen more than a dozen national and American records set. 

This year will be no different than the rest. Runner Shelby Houlihan is looking to make more history Saturday as she attempts to break the American 10K record of 30:03.82. This record was set by Alicia Monson just three years ago on the same course.

The Ten will not be broadcast nationally. Instead, viewers can stream the 10K live on FloTrack, which will cover the entirety of the race.

• Date: Saturday, March 28
• Time: 3 p.m. ET | 12 p.m. PT

The Ten 2026 will take place on Saturday, March 29, starting at 3 p.m. ET from JSerra Catholic High School in San Juan Capistrano, California.
