The SEC holds the four highest gymnastics rankings in the country. Two of those squads will go head-to-head this week in another edition of Friday Night Heights.
No. 2 LSU hosts No. 3 Alabama for a dual meet before the Tigers' Podium Challenge on Sunday.
The Tigers' ranking comes as no surprise this season as Kailin Chio continues to stun, putting up the best scores in the nation week in and week out. Last week, the sophomore led her squad to a 197.925, a season-high road score.
The Tide, on the other hand, have returned to the glory days. They posted their second-consecutive 197.950 in last week's meet. Chloe La Coursiere, the best bars worker in the nation, recorded three 9.900-or-higher scores on the night.
It will be a battle in Baton Rouge, and one that gymnastics fans are anxious to see. Here's how you can watch all the action with TV channel and start time information for LSU vs. Alabama.
