The sport of competitive dance is being taken to the global stage with the International Dance League (IDL), and the 2026 season is officially underway.

What is the International Dance League?
The International Dance League is the world's first professional team-based dance league. It features six franchises from four different continents, and pins the elite squads against each other in competitions over the course of a regular season tour.
The IDL uses open-style choreography, which means teams can mix and combine any dance styles during competition. Events are judged both by professional dancers and a fan vote.
