The 2026 Diamond League season is winding down, but there's always a new reason to watch.

While there is plenty of intrigue heading into this weekend's meet in Silesia, Poland, the unquestioned highlight is Jakob Ingebrigtsen's return to the elite series for the first time in two years. The Norwegian distance star is back from an Achilles injury and will face an immediate test with a 1500m showdown against Cole Hocker.

That tantalizing matchup between the last two Olympic champions at the distance is the penultimate race on tap Sunday, but there's plenty more to watch beyond the 1500m. Mondo Duplantis will try for another pole vault win and is always a threat to break his own world record in the event, while Karsten Warholm and Alison dos Santos will duel once again in the men's 400m hurdles.

The women's 100m field is also stacked, with the top four sprinters in the world — Melissa Jefferson-Wooden, Julien Alfred, Tina Clayton and Sha'Carri Richardson — scheduled to close out the meet in style.

Here's everything you need to know about Diamond League Silesia, including TV channel and streaming options for the track and field meet.
