All Star season is officially coming to an end, which means the Cheerleading and Dance World Championship showcases are here.
The Cheerleading Worlds began in 2004 with just 14 total teams, and the Dance Worlds in 2007 with 50 squads. Since their inception, both competitions have grown to become some of the most respected events in the sport.
An invitation to either of these showcases serves as an extremely high honor. Typically, event producers become members with the USASF and IASF in order to sponsor teams as they vie for titles across contemporary/lyrical, hip hop, jazz, pom and junior disciplines.

The 2026 Cheerleading and Dance Worlds will not be broadcast on live television. Instead, fans can stream the action on FloCheer.
Cheerleading and Dance Worlds 2026 start time
- Date: Friday, April 24 - Monday, April 27
- Time: 9 a.m. - 10 p.m. ET
The 2026 Dance Worlds will take place over four days, from Friday, April 24 through Monday, April 27. The Cheer Worlds will only take place on Friday.
Competition times will vary each day but will usually start around 9 a.m. ET and finish no later than 10 p.m. ET.
The Cheer Worlds will take place at the ESPN Wide World of Sports Complex in Orlando, Florida, primarily in the State Farm Field House. Dance Worlds will take place at Disney's Coronado Springs Resort in the Coronado and Fiesta ballrooms.
