Bianca Belair has been away from the squared circle for a while. She has made a handful of appearances for WWE following her injury. The last time The EST was in action was at WrestleMania 41, where she lost to IYO SKY in a Triple Threat Match also featuring Rhea Ripley for the World Women's Championship.
While it was initially reported that Belair suffered a broken finger during the match, later reports suggested that she might have suffered a fractured knuckle. Despite her injury, she made a brief return to the product but didn't get physical inside the ring. Instead, she served as a special guest referee for a match between Jade Cargill and Naomi at Evolution in Atlanta.
Although the recovery process has been rough, there's a possibility that the 36-year-old WWE star will return to the Stamford-based promotion sooner than expected. According to Bodyslam, it is believed that Bianca Belair will make her return in the early stages of 2026.

If this is confirmed, there is a high chance that the creative team will pull the trigger on this move during the Women's Royal Rumble Match. Interestingly, The EST could be booked to win the traditional Women's Rumble and factor into a storyline heading to WrestleMania 42.
That said, it will be interesting to see what the future holds for Bianca Belair after her potential return from injury.
Bianca Belair could be the one to dethrone Jade Cargill
Jade Cargill finally embraced a heel side on the October 24 episode of SmackDown by attacking Tiffany Stratton after initially saving her from a beatdown by Giulia and Kiana James. She then defeated Stratton at Saturday Night's Main Event XLI to capture her first WWE Women's Championship.
However, if Bianca Belair eventually makes her return next year and wins the Women's Royal Rumble Match, she could enter into a compelling program with Cargill and challenge her for the title at WrestleMania 42.
The 33-year-old and Belair made a formidable tag team and held the WWE Women's Tag Team Championship before Naomi took out Jade Cargill and replaced her as The EST's partner.
Although Bianca had a fallout with The Glow after she revealed herself as the person who attacked Jade, the former tag team partners still didn't get along.
Given that fans might be interested in seeing the WWE Women's Champion and Bianca Belair sharing the ring, especially now that Jade Cargill has embraced her dark side, the company might consider kicking off the storyline after Belair potentially makes her return to the promotion.
If this happens, they could blow the roof off with their feud to earn the main event spot at The Show of Shows. However, this is just a speculation.
