Arsenal's hunt for a famous quadruple down the stretch of the 2025/26 season has fans dreaming of lifting not just one, but multiple trophies to conclude what has been a dominant campaign.

The Gunners are gearing up for the Carabao Cup final against Manchester City, hoping to lift a trophy they have historically struggled to capture over the course of their illustrious history.

Yet there is so much more that could be in store for Mikel Arteta's side this season. They are leading the Premier League table by a comfortable margin, and have reached the quarterfinals of both the Champions League and FA Cup.

The Sporting News looks back to see how much Arsenal have won in club history and how this season could be potentially transformative.

When did Arsenal last win a trophy?

Arsenal's last trophy came in the 2019/20 FA Cup when they defeated Chelsea 2-1 in the final at Wembley Stadium.

The match was played behind closed doors due to the COVID-19 pandemic.

Arsenal's last five major trophies have come via the FA Cup, as they have not won the Premier League since 2004, and the EFL Cup since 1993. They have never won the Champions League, and the Community Shield is not considered a major trophy by most standards.

When did Arsenal last win the Premier League?

Arsenal's last Premier League title came in the 2004/05 season, when their famous "Invincibles" team won the league championship without losing a single match across the 38-game season.

It was their third title of the Premier League era, and 13th overall in the history of the English top flight.

When did Arsenal last win the EFL Cup?

Arsenal have won the League Cup, also known as the EFL Cup, or currently the Carabao Cup for sponsorship reasons, on just two occasions.

Their most recent title came in 1992/93, when they defeated Sheffield Wednesday at Wembley. Arsenal and Wednesday contested the FA Cup final later that same season. It was the first time in English football that the same finalists had contested both domestic cup showpieces. This remained the case until Liverpool and Chelsea played one another in both 2021/22 finals.

Given their historic success in both the English league and the FA Cup, it's quite a surprise how much Arsenal have struggled in this competition. They have made the final six other times, most recently in 2018 when they lost to Manchester City.

When did Arsenal last win the Champions League?

Arsenal have never won the Champions League.

They are widely considered one of the best clubs never to win Europe's top prize, either in the Champions League era or during its previous guise at the European Cup.

In 2006, the Gunners were beaten 2-1 by Barcelona. They led 1-0 for much of the game through a Sol Campbell goal, despite an early red card for goalkeeper Jens Lehmann. But a quickfire double by Samuel Eto'o and Juliano Belletti in the 76th and 80th minutes turned the game around.

Arsenal made the Europa League final in 2019 but were beaten by Chelsea 4-1 in Baku. In the competition's previous guise of the UEFA Cup, Arsenal were beaten 4-1 on penalties in the 2000 final against Galatasaray after the game finished goalless.

The only European trophies in Arsenal's possession are now defunct competitions. They beat Anderlecht 4-3 on aggregate in the 1970 Fairs Cup final, recovering from a 3-1 first leg deficit with a 3-0 victory at Highbury.

In 1994, Alan Smith scored the only goal to sink Parma in the UEFA Cup Winners' Cup. They came close to defending their title against Real Zaragoza the following season, only for former Tottenham player Nayim to score a spectacular goal from the halfway line late in extra time to snatch a 2-1 win.
