Both teams are desperate for momentum as they meet on "Thursday Night Football," but the Falcons in particular might have to approach it as a must-win game.
Fortunately for Atlanta, help should be on the way soon. The Falcons are anticipating an imminent return for QB Michael Penix Jr., who is recovering from ACL surgery, while Tua Tagovailoa is also week-to-week as he recovers from an oblique injury.
The Packers have injury concerns of their own after seeing WR Jayden Reed and OT Zach Bako-Bewele go down against the Jets, but they are hoping the strong finish to that game has put them back on track in a competitive but wide-open NFC North.
