What teams are playing on Christmas Day in 2024?
Steelers vs. Chiefs | 1 p.m. | Netflix |
Texans vs. Ravens | 4:30 p.m. | Netflix |
The NFL's Christmas Day slate begins in Pittsburgh with the Steelers (10-5) hosting the AFC-best Chiefs (14-1). All eyes will be on the game's two preeminent star players — Patrick Mahomes and T.J. Watt — who continue to work their way through ankle injuries on a short week.
In the second game, C.J. Stroud and the Texans (9-6) host Lamar Jackson's Ravens (10-5) in a playoff rematch from a year ago. The Ravens rolled to a 24-point victory last January behind a four-touchdown performance from Jackson.
All four teams have clinched playoff spots but seeding implications are at stake throughout the day. Baltimore and Pittsburgh continue to compete for supremacy in the AFC North. Kansas City, meanwhile, hopes to stave off the Bills for the No. 1 seed in the AFC.
Houston has the AFC South wrapped up but can still surpass the AFC North champion for a potential No. 3 seed come the playoffs.
