What happens when you Google 'Erling Haaland' during World Cup?
When a person searches for "Haaland" or "Erling Haaland" in a Google search bar, a fun little animation will show up at the bottom of the user's screen.
A series of seven Nordic Vikings row from right to left at the bottom of the user's screen as a homage to the 25-year-old forward and his team, which has found immense success at the 2026 World Cup.
If the user turns the sound on their device, they will also hear someone shouting "Ro!" with a drumbeat in the background, a nod to the team's post-match tradition that was most recently seen by Martin Odegaard after Norway's Round of 16 win against Brazil.

The chant has gone viral with Norway's level of success at the tournament this summer, and the fun moment has become a tema postgame tradition to do with fans.
After their first-ever knockout-stage win, the Norwegian players sat on the pitch and led the chant in front of the sea of red and blue fans.
