What happened to Tucker Genal? TikToker dies aged 31

TikTok star Tucker Genal was reported dead on December 16, 2025. Genal was recognized for his short-form videos on TikTok, which garnered him over 2.5 million followers, as well as his YouTube content. On YouTube, the social media influencer has an independent channel, as well as a channel with his two brothers, Carson and Connor, named Genalbrothers, which has about 620,000 subscribers.

Carson Genal, Tucker Genal's younger brother, shared a heartfelt image slideshow on Instagram, writing about the impact of Tucker's presence on his life:

"I don’t even know where to begin, You were my best friend and an even better big brother, my entire life I’ve spent looking up to you and trying to follow in your footsteps because you were always my hero... We love you and will miss you eternally Tucker🤍"

Further, Carson asked the public to allow them some time and privacy to mourn:

"During this incredibly difficult time, we respectfully ask for privacy as we mourn and begin to navigate life without him. We are deeply grateful for the kindness and understanding shown to our family."
