What happened to Junior Caminero?
Caminero was hit by a pitch that forced him to exit the game.
A fastball from Cardinals reliever Riley O'Brien ran up and in.
Caminero didn't get his hands out of the way quite in time. The ball seemed to clip multiple fingers on his left hand and bounce away.
He went to the ground and stayed down for a bit before hopping up and jogging straight down the dugout steps to the clubhouse.

The Rays will simply be hoping the ball didn't cause any fractures.
