Twitch streamer Matthew "Mizkif" Rinaudo is reportedly suing his fellow platform member and former partner, Emily "Emiru" Schunk. This case comes after the latter exposed the former, alleging that he had psychologically and sexually abused her over their two-year relationship. The case has now been made public, and creators across the industry have discussed the material, sharing opinions.

On page four of the 12-page lawsuit, Mizkif shares details about his past romantic relationship with Emiru, citing that the latter's followers "routinely" harassed the two:

"16. Rinaudo and Defendant Schunk began dating in 2022. The relationship was not easy on either side. They would routinely face harassment from Schunk’s followers, some of whom were stalking Schunk. They got into arguments regularly, and Schunk threatened to kill herself in many of these arguments."

Point seventeen alleges that Emiru asked Mizkif for his hand in marriage and to start a family together:

"At the end of the relationship, Schunk expressed her desire to marry Rinaudo and raise children within the next five years. Rinaudo, contemplating the tumultuous nature of their relationship to that point, could not agree to do so. He called off their relationship and moved from Austin to Los Angeles in January 2025."

After this, the suit went on to mention Emiru's October 2025 stream, where it claims she "baselessly" accused Matthew of "psychological and domestic abuse, stalking and harassment, sexual assault, and threats of blackmail."

The case also goes after members of Matthew's former organization, OTK, and his fellow streamer, Zack "Asmongold," alleging that they defamed him.

Mizkif accuses OTK, Mythic Talent Management Inc., Media Inc., Emiru, Asmongold, and King Gaming of three counts

Overall, the court documents mention three counts. The first being a charge of a "BREACH OF CONTRACT," against OTK and King Gaming:

"These breaches of contract have caused damage to Plaintiffs by purporting to divest them of over a million shares of stock owned in OTK and King."

Secondly, Mizkif is accusing Emiru and Asmongold of defamation:

"These statements have caused severe damage to Plaintiffs’ reputation and business and have caused severe emotional distress and mental anguish."

Finally, the streamer is imposing a "declaratory judgment" relating to OTK, Mythic, and King.

As of this writing, none of the parties involved has responded to or followed up on the lawsuit online.

In other news, Asmongold stated that Mizkif could "end up in jail," claiming the streamer was "spiraling" amid mounting allegations.
