The East and West coast will come together this weekend as Stanford travels to UNC for an ACC matchup.
North Carolina (11-6) is on a winning streak of three games after narrowly defeating in-state opponent NC State on Saturday, 63-61. Forward Jalen Washington called game against the Wolfpack, dunking on an acrobatic alley-oop to put the Tar Heels up two with 24 seconds left.
The junior also blocked the potentially game-tying shot and recorded his first career double-double in the contest.
Meanwhile, Stanford (11-5) hosted and beat both UVA and Virginia Tech handily last week. Against Virginia, the Cardinal were led by forward Maxime Raynaud, who put up 24 points, 10 rebounds and his 13th double-double of the season — the most in the country.
