UConn fell to Creighton on Saturday, suffering its second loss in the past three games after a strong start to the Big East schedule.
It seemed the Huskies were beyond their early struggles from the Maui Invitational, but now there's a second tough stretch. While UConn has beaten both ranked opponents it has faced thus far, it has lost to five unranked opponents.
This is a rocky road on the way to a third consecutive NCAA title for Dan Hurley's squad. It's still very early, but it's clear that this is not the same powerhouse from last year.
UConn will look to settle down again in a home matchup against Butler. The Bulldogs are 8-10 on the season and just snapped a nine-game losing streak.
